The form is intended to commemorate Jewish fighters who contributed their military ability, skills and determination to the struggle against the Nazi enemy and its partners, in World War II (1939-1945), in all combat systems - regular armies, underground and partisans.
The form will serve as input into the computerized information system of the Jewish World War II Fighter Museum website (jwmww2.org) and the basis for the museum's data.
It is possible and desirable to attach photos and photocopies of documents and other exhibits (in JPG, PDF formats only - up to 1.5MB per file) related to the war period.
The information you submit will be processed in the computerized system of 'The Jewish World War II Fighter' and will be integrated into the museum's information system and publications.
